Position summary

Odunela Group is recruiting a Graduate Client Operations and Launch Readiness Associate to support projects. The successful candidate will help establish client request intake, onboarding, complaints administration, pilot operations and launch-readiness procedures. The role is for a recent graduate (2026) who has a strong organisation, professional communication and the ability to recognise and prevent unauthorised customer promises.

Principal Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  1. map customer journeys;
  2. establish request-intake procedures;
  3. support client onboarding;
  4. prepare approved customer communications;
  5. maintain complaints and service-exception records;
  6. coordinate controlled pilot participants;
  7. support service-level and escalation arrangements;
  8. test client-facing procedures;
  9. maintain launch-readiness checklists;
  10. coordinate staff and user rehearsals;
  11. record operational defects and service gaps;
  12. support launch-period operations;
  13. supervise a Client Operations Apprentice when authorised.
Essential Requirements

Applicants should possess a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in:

  1. business administration;
  2. operations management;
  3. customer experience;
  4. communications;
  5. project management;
  6. public administration;
  7. information management.

Selection Process

The recruitment process will include:
