Position Summary
Odunela Group is recruiting a Graduate Property Intelligence and Evidence Associate to support projects. The successful candidate will organise property information and evidence, maintain provenance and chain-of-custody records and prepare files for review by qualified legal, surveying and valuation professionals.
The role is for a recent (2026) graduate who has strong attention to detail and a clear understanding that administrative evidence review is different from issuing professional conclusions.
Principal Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- establish and maintain controlled property-file structures;
- prepare evidence inventories;
- record document sources and provenance;
- maintain chain-of-custody records;
- identify missing, inconsistent or unverified evidence;
- prepare files for professional review;
- maintain verification actions and referral records;
- support controlled pilot files;
- record professional findings, qualifications and limitations;
- track legal, valuation and surveying reviews;
- support evidence-quality checks;
- supervise a Property Evidence and Records Apprentice when authorised.
Essential Requirements
Applicants should possess a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in:
- estate management;
- land administration;
- surveying;
- geography;
- urban and regional planning;
- law;
- property studies;
- information management.

Selection Process
