Position Summary
Odunela Group is recruiting a Graduate Information Governance and Privacy Associate to support projects. The successful candidate will help establish the controls required to manage personal, property and organisational information throughout projects' lifecycle. This role is for a recent (2026) graduate who has strong ethical judgement, confidentiality and the ability to recognise when information-processing activities require professional or management review.
Principal Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- maintain information-asset inventories;
- support personal-data and information-flow mapping;
- maintain processing-activity records;
- classify information according to approved requirements;
- support privacy-impact assessments;
- prepare privacy notices and related materials for review;
- support retention and lawful-disposal schedules;
- maintain data-sharing and processor records;
- support data-subject request administration;
- review whether proposed data fields are necessary and proportionate;
- monitor privacy actions, risks and exceptions;
- support privacy and confidentiality training;
- coordinate matters requiring review by the privacy adviser.
Essential Requirements
Applicants should possess a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in:
- law;
- information management;
- records management;
- cybersecurity;
- computer science;
- library and information science;
- data governance;
- public administration.

Selection Process
The recruitment process will include:
- Application and eligibility screening.
- A role-specific practical assessment completed during Screening.
- Round One technical and competency interview.
- Final Round institutional-suitability interview.
- Identity, qualification, reference and role-appropriate verification.
- Management clearance and conditional offer.
The practical assessment does not constitute a separate interview round.
