We’re looking for Customer Account Manager Trainee to join our growing Sales Team. As part of a global organisation, you’ll focus on local accounts while having access to a global network of potential clients to engage with.

Must have prior experience, which can be in sales or service; and must have a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Engage with potential clients to identify opportunities and contribute to sales targets.
- Onboarding: Introducing clients to the use and management of marketing resources.
- Client Relationships: Establish strong, lasting connections with clients to secure repeat business and foster trust.
- Account Management: Support the development and management of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.
- Opportunity Management: Work through the sales cycle, from initial qualification to client onboarding and delivery oversight.
- Service Offering Expansion: Collaborate with the team to drive sales initiatives across our full range of services—Project Resourcing, Advisory, Training, and Technology Services.
- Networking & Engagement: Build your professional network through referrals, industry events, and community involvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Understand customer relationship management, including having the willingness to learn.
- In additional to English, fluency in spoken and written languages of Yoruba or Igbo or Hausa is essential; and a plus if can communicate Twi or any other African language.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
- Can follow rules, be honest, and unyielding when it comes to being honest.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with clients at all levels – including with the use of clients’ local language.
- Flexibility and a readiness to adapt in a dynamic, evolving market.
