Lagos, Nigeria • Full-time • Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦150,000 (Month)
An excellent opportunity for experienced Administrators who can meet the following requirement:
- Primary degree in Human Resources/Business Studies or equivalent is desirable
- Minimum of 2-years experience of administrative role.
- Exceptionally strong attention to detail, accuracy in work is essential.
- Consistency in meeting deadlines and ability to juggle high volume and competing priorities.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs is essential, and experience in using a HR database would be an advantage
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- As part of the organisation’s operations team to provide IT, General and HR assistance and support to the IT, HR, Sales and Marketing teams, managers, and staff in general.
- Manage records and filing and data input and to do general administration tasks. To manage files including on the HR Information System.
- Deal with queries on a daily basis by phone and email and provide helpdesk support.
- Support recruitment and to work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team and to provide support on pre-employment processes. To liaise with candidates setting up interviews and giving feedback where required. To post roles on the HR Occupation candidate management system, manage correspondence, and to assist with screening and coordinating of the recruitment process.
- Assist with issuing and circulating policies and procedures throughout the organisation.
- Work on process improvement developing needed systems and to become a Super User of the system.
- Assist with developing BI reports on KPI’s for the group e.g., staff turnover etc.
- Assist with developing and content for the company’s SharePoint site, and help to create the company Intranet.
- Any other duties as required.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- Work closely with colleagues and to work as part of the Human Resources Team to deliver on the People strategy and provide overall support for the organisation.
- Help maintain high standards of employee communication and help drive change through organisation when required.
- Help maintain accurate records of resources and resources management.
- Provide timely responses to all queries and to promote the culture and values of the organisation.
- Assist in the promotion of wellbeing and to help to achieve the organisation’s KEEPWELL policy.
- Prepare offer letters and contracts including employment contracts, in accordance with requirements and help with the pre-employment process.
- Maintain up-to-date resources and personnel files on both online and paper and to be proficient in management systems.
- Work closely with payroll to ensure correct changes are processed monthly and systems updated.
- Assist with developing online onboarding processes
- Monitor probation periods and ensure the correct process is followed.
- Monitor benefit entitlements and circulate information as required.
- Support with training officer for orientation and training needs
- Monitor temporary contracts / fixed term contracts and advise Heads of Departments a month before expiry.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
